Job Description:
As a Plumbing Foreman at Immortal Plumbing and Heating, you’ll play a key role in overseeing plumbing installation projects. You’ll manage a team, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain job site safety, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on commercial job sites.
- Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Coordinate project schedules and materials.
- Maintain daily communication with project managers and clients to provide progress updates.
- Perform hands-on plumbing work when needed.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor junior plumbers, offering guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid plumbing license
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention. to detail.
